What you will do

• Build and maintain features across React interfaces, server-side backend logic, and data layers.
• Own delivery end to end, including scoping, technical decisions, implementation, testing, and release.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into software.
• Use AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping, refactoring, testing, and shipping.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and blockers to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply pragmatic judgment across legacy systems, new builds, and unfamiliar technologies.

Requirements

• Significant full-stack development experience with hands-on server-side coding.
• Strong experience building frontend applications with React.
• Demonstrated experience using AI development tools as part of the software build process.
• Ability to work across multiple languages, frameworks, and tools and adapt quickly to new stacks.
• Self-directed approach with strong ownership and communication skills for client-facing work.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• PHP or additional frontend framework experience, including Angular or Vue.
• Experience with solution architecture, SQL, databases, or business intelligence.
• E-commerce development experience.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure.
• Experience combining development, design, architecture, or technical leadership responsibilities.
