What you will do

• Develop, support, and optimize the internal ERP product.
• Design and implement new 1C modules and technical solutions.
• Refactor existing functionality and improve system architecture.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Use AI tools for requirements analysis, development, code review, testing, and other engineering activities.
• Collaborate with senior 1C developers, business stakeholders, and end users to clarify requirements and support rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience with the 1C 8 platform, including Managed Forms and Web Client.
• Strong knowledge of standard 1C platform objects and the Standard Subsystems Library.
• Understanding of database architecture and ACID principles.
• Experience developing financial reporting and REST API integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus hands-on experience or strong interest in using AI tools.
• Russian at Upper Intermediate level or higher, spoken and written; technical documentation must be read and written in English.

Nice to have

• Experience developing custom 1C applications from scratch.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise projects.
• Direct communication with end users, business requirements gathering, application support, or consulting experience.
