hirify.global and OTP Group are building a growing housing-services joint venture that combines a corporate foundation with a startup-like operating environment.

What you will do

• Establish the joint venture’s finance and accounting function, including processes, agreements, and the operating model.
• Build financial models covering listings, developer subscriptions, advertising, mortgage leads, marketplace services, and other revenue streams.
• Supervise accounting, taxation, financial control, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, liquidity, and project finance activities.
• Develop management and group reporting covering the balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, commercial KPIs, unit economics, and partner profitability.
• Prepare business plans and economic analyses for management and owner representatives.
• Coordinate financial institutions, authorities, auditors, suppliers, service providers, the CEO, and the Hungarian CFO.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting, including at least 2 years in a financial leadership role.
• College degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Deep knowledge of Uzbek and international financial regulations, taxation, compliance, and auditing standards.
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems, ERP platforms, BI tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Working proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required.
• Analytical thinking, reliability, responsibility, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
