Product Manager (Domains) (Domain Services): Shaping the discovery, purchase, registration, transfer, and management experience for millions of domain customers with an accent on portfolio growth, service bundling, and customer experience. Focus on translating market insights into product requirements, prioritizing cross-functional roadmaps, and identifying growth opportunities across hosting, website builder, email, and related services.
Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: Gross salary from €5,000 per month, depending on experience and competencies.

What you will do
- Drive strategic decisions for domain portfolio growth, customer satisfaction, and cross-product attachment across nearly 10 million domains.
- Translate market insights and business strategy into product requirements, prototypes, and a transparent roadmap.
- Scope and prioritize features, offers, service bundles, and cross-selling opportunities across ’s products.
- Advocate for customers by analyzing the domain buyer journey and identifying expansion touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, registry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, ICANN policies, and new top-level domain launches.
Requirements
- Proven record of driving business growth through product innovation in technology or digital services.
- Strong product judgment, user experience instincts, and understanding of cross-product adoption.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, including bundling and cross-selling.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in regulated or partnership-heavy environments.
- Technical understanding of web technologies and willingness to learn DNS and domain registration protocols.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; excellent English is required.
