TL;DR
Senior IT Lawyer (Commercial, Civil and IP Law): Supporting cross-border agreements, investment activities, intellectual property, and business operations across several jurisdictions with an accent on contract drafting, negotiation, and practical legal risk management. Focus on structuring international agreements, advising on complex IP and data protection matters, and evaluating legal risks in business decisions.

Location: Hybrid or remote within Ukraine, with office work available if preferred.

What you will do

  • Provide legal support for business operations across several jurisdictions and investment activities.
  • Draft and review agreements, NDAs, client contracts, partner contracts, supplier contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Advise on intellectual property and personal data matters.
  • Support Sales and other departments during contract negotiations and approval processes.
  • Research legal and business risks related to operational and strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT.
  • Strong background in commercial and civil law, including client agreements, tenders, and investment support.
  • Expertise in IP law and experience with international or cross-border contracts.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
  • Detail-oriented approach and confidence working with international legal frameworks.
