TL;DR
Senior IT Lawyer (Commercial Law/IP): Providing legal support for cross-border business operations, investment activities, and international contracts with an accent on commercial and civil law, intellectual property, and data protection. Focus on drafting and negotiating agreements, advising on legal risks, and supporting Sales and other departments during contract approvals.

What you will do
- Provide legal support for operations across several jurisdictions.
- Support investment activities and evaluate legal risks related to business decisions.
- Draft and review agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Advise on intellectual property and personal data matters.
- Support Sales and other departments during contract negotiations and approval processes with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT.
- Strong commercial and civil law experience, including client agreements, tenders, and investment support.
- Expertise in intellectual property law and international legal frameworks.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
- Detail-oriented approach and experience with cross-border contracts.
