Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java + React)

What you will do

• Develop backend services with Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs and service-layer architecture.
• Build and maintain React/TypeScript front-end features for chat, SMS, and voice crisis-intervention workflows.
• Design and implement referral routing, episode and admissions-tab workflows, filtering, notifications, and tiered administration permissions.
• Collaborate on API contracts and take ownership of features from solution design through delivery.
• Work with multi-tenant, data-driven systems and incorporate AI-assisted development tools into daily delivery.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in at least one of Java/Spring Boot or JavaScript/React, with working proficiency in the other stack.
• Experience with SQL, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and secure authentication and authorization patterns.
• Strong JavaScript proficiency, React experience, and familiarity with TypeScript and state-management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Experience with Git, Agile delivery, and multi-tenant permission-tiered systems.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a product-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or other regulated-industry experience.
• AWS service integration experience.
• Jest, React Testing Library, or JUnit experience.
• WCAG and web accessibility knowledge.
