What you will do

• Build and evolve hirify.global’s design system, ensuring measurable adoption and consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into reusable components.
• Champion design system best practices and provide documentation for cross-functional teams.
• Design and document UI components and interaction patterns.
• Advocate for accessibility and performance in design system decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure innovation.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in UX/product design with a focus on design systems.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems.
• Expertise in Figma, Storybook, and design token workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineers.
• Excellent attention to detail and a systemic approach to design challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
