Senior Java System Analyst (Java)

Opportunity: Senior Java System Analyst 🚀

We are currently designing and enhancing enterprise backend systems to support scalable Java-based applications. This role entails translating complex business requirements into comprehensive specifications, architectural designs, APIs, integrations, and data models. 🏗️

Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Solution Architect, or in a comparable capacity.
* Proficiency in backend system analysis and design within Java-based environments.
* Comprehensive understanding of distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, web services, and event-driven architecture.
* Advanced knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and system integration patterns.
* Experience in developing UML diagrams, workflows, sequence diagrams, interface specifications, and technical documentation. 📄
* Capability to independently lead analysis from requirements gathering through to solution design.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 🗣️

Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, or other technologies within the Java ecosystem.
* Experience with Azure cloud platforms. ☁️
* Proficiency with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience within large-scale enterprise environments.

Location:
* Candidates must be based in Tallinn, Riga, or Vilnius. 🌍
* Office presence is mandatory for 3 days per week in one of the aforementioned cities. 🏢
