What you will do

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign data and refine strategies to achieve client performance goals.
• Run creative, audience, and budget A/B tests.
• Learn and apply client-specific systems, programs, and campaign setups.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and related advertising tools, with demonstrated success optimizing ROAS and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including comfort with client video calls.
• Digital marketing agency experience is required, preferably with US agencies.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to client-specific processes.
• Availability to work standard working hours aligned with Mountain Time.

Nice to have

• Experience working with healthcare or medical and dental clients.
