(Senior) Office Manager Belgium (EV Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in Brussels and Ghent, Belgium. Presence in Ghent is required on Mondays and Tuesdays.

What you will do

• Maintain organized and welcoming offices in Brussels and Ghent, coordinating maintenance, access, and supplies.
• Manage purchasing, invoices, and budgets for office equipment, food, and furniture.
• Facilitate onboarding and organize "All Hands" meetings, office visits, and team events.
• Implement DEI strategies and ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all employees.
• Collaborate with landlords, building management, and external vendors to resolve facility issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Office Management, facilities, or hospitality.
• Professional fluency in English; Dutch or French is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work across Ghent and Brussels, with mandatory presence in Ghent on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• Proven experience in supplier and budget management.
