What you will do

• Lead social-first content development from ideation through hands-on execution for organic channels, paid advertising, campaigns, and creative storytelling.
• Concept, write, shoot, edit, light, compose, and art direct live-action and maker-style content.
• Create platform-specific executions for Instagram, X, Threads, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Manage junior and mid-level content creators, provide feedback, and raise conceptual and executional quality.
• Present creative work to clients and collaborate with creative, strategy, production, project management, and client teams.
• Lead brainstorms, apply performance insights, and stay current with social formats, trends, algorithms, and community behaviors.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a content creator in an agency, publisher, or in-house team.
• Experience creating live-action content for formats such as Instagram Reels or TikTok, or creating maker-style content through concepting, writing, art direction, and capture.
• Fluency with content creation and editing tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and Instagram Edits.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as Google Veo and Nano Banana.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong understanding of content formats, platform best practices, community behavior, communication, collaboration, and presentation.
