Head of Product / Lead Product Manager

Ethena is building the financial infrastructure for the next generation of digital dollars, powered by USDe. As Head of Product you’ll lead the product organisation and take hands-on ownership of the company’s flagship consumer product currently in stealth.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of two Product Managers, setting standards for process and prioritisation
- Be the single accountable owner for the flagship consumer product: define vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Stand up a lightweight product operating system (discovery, prioritisation, roadmap, PRDs, decision-logs)
- Establish scalable processes for support, risk, and compliance in collaboration with legal
- Own the product budget and manage outsourced dev and agency relationships for cost-efficiency and quality
- Scale the product team and operating culture as the business grows

Requirements:

- Track record managing products with 100K+ monthly active users
- Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers, ideally in lean or high-growth environments
- Have personally led and shipped payments or banking products; deep knowledge of consumer money products
- Evidence-based approach to measuring consumer fintech products and understanding retail user behaviour
- Comfortable operating as a credible peer to founders and taking ownership from technical founders; strong written and verbal communication
- Hands-on: willing to write specs, review flows, and dig into data with minimal resources
- Strong UX judgment and design sensibility for complex customer-facing platforms; bias toward action
