Location: Fully site-based in Tuas, Singapore

What you will do
- Develop new Master Batch Records (MBRs) and Work Instructions (WIs) using approved templates to support Technology Transfers.
- Revise existing cGMP documents, including SOPs and WIs, ensuring content is factual, accurate, and meets user standards.
- Collaborate with SMEs and customers to address specialized technical topics and incorporate internal review comments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of MBRs, including creation, review, revision, and approval on a product campaign basis.
- Support the change request process by providing assessments, defining change tasks, and closing CAPAs in a timely manner.
- Generate Aseptic Process Simulation Summary Reports and track implementation changes.
Requirements
- Degree in sciences (fresh graduates with strong technical communication and writing skills are welcome).
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tuas, Singapore.
- Effective interaction skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into comprehensible instructional texts.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Controlled Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Experience with Trackwise or similar systems.
