What you will do

• Resolve customer financial account issues, billing disputes, and payment discrepancies.
• Process refunds and manage payment dispute workflows.
• Research transaction records to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.
• Provide expert guidance on billing and sales tax exemption matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex financial cases.
• Maintain detailed documentation and meet productivity and service-level targets.

Requirements

• Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously to research and resolve account issues.
• Experience working within defined service-level agreements (SLAs) in high-volume environments.
• Proven history of maintaining accuracy and productivity metrics in a back-office or financial operations setting.
• Location: Must be based in Tucson, Arizona

Nice to have

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or billing operations.
• Background in payment processing, transaction reconciliation, or dispute resolution.
• Familiarity with sales tax exemptions or exemption certificate management.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP.
