What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on CNC machines and production support equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Support repairs, adjustments, and component replacements in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Assist with machine installations, equipment moves, leveling, and startup activities.
• Document all performed work and update task status using maintenance ticketing systems (CMMS).
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment following all established procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of industrial maintenance, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for a security clearance.
• Foundational ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand/walk in a manufacturing environment for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CNC machines or precision manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with compressed air systems, coolant systems, pumps, or industrial piping.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or CMMS platforms like Limble.
• Military, automotive, or entry-level industrial maintenance background.
