Salary: $100,000–$135,000

• Underwrite, price, and negotiate accounts for A&E product lines consistent with company strategy.
• Develop and deepen broker relationships across the East Coast region to drive new production.
• Mentor and train junior A&E teammates both locally and nationally.
• Collaborate with the national A&E team to share knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor product results and implement ideas to increase productivity and profitability.
• Manage quoting cycles and maintain high customer service standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in contractors, real estate developers, and design professional E&O coverage.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful underwriting profit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• B.A./B.S. degree is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% throughout the East Coast.
