Data Analyst (Gamedev)

Location: On-site in Downtown Vancouver studio (5 days a week)

Salary: $73,300 - $91,600 a year

What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business goals and improve reporting processes.
• Extract and manipulate data using SQL to identify trends, correlations, and patterns within large data sets.
• Develop and maintain tailored dashboards and reports for various organizational teams.
• Design and manage A/B tests to optimize KPIs such as retention, acquisition, and monetization.
• Measure the success of newly released product features and drive iterative optimizations.
• Assist in task prioritization and project management within the data team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of industry data analysis experience with solid knowledge of statistical methods.
• 1+ years of industry data experience in games (mobile, console, PC), online casino, or high-volume B2C mobile apps.
• Expert SQL skills and experience querying very large data sets.
• Experience with Google BigQuery, Tableau, and JIRA.
• Understanding of game design concepts and principles.
