What you will do

• Order and coordinate all graphic elements for air.
• Oversee the airing of graphics in the control room during live programs.
• Research, select, and locate required footage in collaboration with producers.
• Conduct research and fact-check scripts for anchors and producers.
• Create content for social media, digital platforms, and MS NOW’s DTC products.

Requirements

• At least one year of news production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work onsite in New York, NY.
• Ability to work flexible hours under tight deadlines, including breaking news.

Nice to have

• Excellent knowledge of politics, history, and current events.
• Proficiency with Avid, MediaCentral, Viz, and iNews.
