What you will do

• Provide technical phone support to customers and document all communications through the internal ticketing system.
• Diagnose software issues and bugs, perform appropriate fixes, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Install and update product applications, integrated 3rd party applications, and database systems.
• Implement and provide training on a variety of software applications.
• Identify additional revenue streams and communicate opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Provide regular status reports and progress updates to the Manager of Support Services.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical environment required.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted tools to improve research, documentation, and troubleshooting productivity.
• Ability to analyze customer workflows and identify repetitive tasks for AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, Teams, and VOIP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers through active listening and professionalism.

Nice to have

• Experience working within or as a vendor for local government tax appraisal, assessment, and collection groups.
