Location: United States. Eligibility to work in Department of Defense Impact Level 4 or above cloud service environments is required. Salary ranges vary by location, with alternate ranges for Seattle, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area.

Salary: $133,100–$210,600 USD; $159,900–$252,900 USD in select locations.

What you will do

• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines for cloud audit logs, identity and SaaS activity, endpoint data, and asset telemetry.
• Integrate third-party and cloud provider REST APIs, handling authentication, pagination, rate limits, concurrency, and schema changes.
• Operate and upgrade hirify.global Cloud on Kubernetes clusters, including capacity, shards, index lifecycle management, and cross-cluster search.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and hirify.globalsearch resources with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Automate health checks, alerting, self-healing jobs, internal CLIs, and AI-assisted investigation workflows.
• Monitor data quality, backfills, schema consistency, reliability, and infrastructure costs.

Requirements

• Production experience operating hirify.global and hirify.globalsearch, including ingest pipelines, index templates, mappings, queries, and cluster upgrades.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads, scheduled jobs, Helm charts, and operators.
• Experience managing cloud and hirify.globalsearch resources with Terraform.
• Ability to read, write, and modify Python ingestion and automation scripts.
• Experience consuming REST APIs for data ingestion and handling authentication, pagination, rate limiting, concurrency, and errors.
• Eligibility to work in Department of Defense Impact Level 4 or above cloud service environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with ECK or hirify.globalsearch on Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers, preferably GCP, and audit or logging data.
• Knowledge of GitHub, pull-request workflows, GitHub Actions, and continuous integration.
• Knowledge of SOC operations, incident response workflows, and security dashboards or visualization tools.
