Salary: $237,600 – $297,000 USD

What you will do

• Build and maintain software tooling to secure every layer of the modern AI/ML software ecosystem.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Evaluate and enhance product security through RFC and service reviews.
• Implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and utilize SAST/DAST tools.
• Manage secure infrastructure using Terraform orchestration.
• Guide engineering teams to build robust long-term security and privacy solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Engineer with a focus on product security.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, Python, and/or Kubernetes.
• Production experience operating and securing AWS infrastructure at hirify.global.
• Hands-on experience with SAST and DAST tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to drive multi-month security initiatives independently.
• Must be located in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, or Washington, DC

Nice to have

• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP.
