Associate Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Execute product launch deliverables for the Canadian market, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure executional excellence.
• Monitor post-market launch performance and implement necessary course corrections for short- and long-term success.
• Present product innovations to retail partners and support key industry events and trade shows.
• Develop and execute omnichannel plans (D2C and Retail) to expand brand reach and educate parents.
• Manage marketing budgets, including purchase order processes and spend tracking.
• Assist in annual and in-year business planning processes.

Requirements

• University degree is a MUST (Business degree preferred).
• 0-2 years of work experience; internship experience is preferred.
• Experience with consumer goods and consumer brands.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Apps.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator) to execute marketing creatives such as video cut-downs and imagery work.
