What you will do

• Build and operate endpoint-management, device-compliance, and EDR controls to harden workforce devices.
• Own and improve identity security, including Okta policies, MFA, and lifecycle controls.
• Establish practical governance for SaaS applications, OAuth access, and AI tools to protect sensitive data.
• Build and tune enterprise detections and lead corporate-side incident response.
• Partner with IT Engineering, Product Security, and Cloud Infrastructure to reduce friction and align controls.
• Maintain governance for the responsible adoption of emerging workplace technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Security Engineering or a related hands-on security role.
• Hands-on experience administering endpoint management and EDR solutions in production.
• Experience securing identity and access management (IAM) platforms, including SSO and MFA.
• Experience evaluating and governing SaaS applications and OAuth integrations.
• Experience working with regulated or sensitive data (e.g., CUI, HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2).
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pittsburgh or New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience governing AI tools or rapidly adopted workplace technology.
• Familiarity with government security frameworks like FedRAMP, CMMC, or NIST.
• Experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Intune, or Jamf.
• Ability to automate security workflows using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience working in a small, high-growth startup environment.
