Salary: $95,000–$140,000 Annually

What you will do

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the enterprise AI Assurance and Monitoring Program.
• Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures governing the use of internal and third-party AI technologies.
• Monitor and enforce the approved use of AI tools across the enterprise to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
• Design and maintain controls for logging, auditing, and alerting to identify potential data leakage and misuse.
• Assess AI-specific risks, including model behavior, prompt injection, and third-party vendor vulnerabilities.
• Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards detailing AI usage trends and compliance posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and their associated security risks.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST (CSF, 800-53, AI RMF) or ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information (U.S. government citizenship restrictions apply).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and CMMC regulations.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
