What you will do

• Build and scale a complex multi-tenant, multi-user enterprise SaaS application.
• Design and maintain backend REST services supporting machine learning data and business intelligence.
• Own the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, from technical design and prototyping through production launch.
• Collaborate with product, data science, UX, and end users to define scope, roadmap, and business impact.
• Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and improve development and deployment consistency.
• Make technology decisions and solve challenges involving large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level Python development.
• Strong systems design and relational database experience, including database schema design.
• Experience designing, building, and launching backend architectures for multi-tenant, multi-user systems.
• Proven use of AI and agentic tools such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor to streamline development.
• Experience across the complete feature development lifecycle, from scope definition to stable production delivery.
• Strong technical writing, communication, collaboration, and code review skills.
