What you will do

• Define and lead software test projects, schedules, test plans, automation frameworks, and technical deliverables.
• Develop and implement software validation plans, test tools, audits, procedures, and pass/fail product evaluation reports.
• Lead cross-functional reviews of test plans and coordinate priorities, resources, and documentation across teams.
• Diagnose and replicate product failures with product development engineers and verify bug fixes independently.
• Assess the impact of software changes across the platform and identify problems or gaps in test plans.
• Support the product development process and improve automated test coverage and build quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Working knowledge of at least one embedded or cloud-based programming language, preferably JavaScript, C, or C#.
• Expertise with at least one test automation framework and its scripting language, including experience developing test tools.
• Knowledge of CI systems, modular testing involving subsystems, software architecture, and automated insulin delivery algorithms.
• Conversant with IEC 62304 and able to coordinate cross-functional work, follow detailed procedures, and communicate effectively.
