What you will do
- Create, update, and process internal IT documents, including change controls, risk assessments, system inventories, validation records, and disaster recovery plans.
- Prepare IT documentation and participate in interviews for internal and external audits.
- Answer IT-related questions from sponsors and support the review of client and vendor agreements.
- Follow up on the resolution of IT compliance audit findings.
- Support the development and maintenance of IT documents and departmental quality system documents.
- Monitor compliance with internal quality documents, laws, regulations, and relevant standards, and participate in risk assessments.
Requirements
- College or university degree.
- Prior experience in IT and compliance matters.
- Meticulous approach to documents and processes.
- Full working proficiency in English required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
