TL;DR
IT Compliance Specialist (IT Compliance): Managing documentation and compliance processes for in-house IT systems with an accent on audits, risk assessments, validation, and regulatory standards. Focus on preparing audit evidence, resolving IT audit findings, answering sponsor and vendor compliance questions, and identifying vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes.

Location: Hybrid, based in Budapest, Hungary

What you will do

  • Create, update, and process internal IT documentation, including change controls, risk assessments, computer system inventories, validation records, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Prepare IT documentation for internal and external audits and participate in audit interviews.
  • Answer IT compliance questions from sponsors and support reviews of client and vendor agreements.
  • Follow up on the resolution of IT-related audit findings.
  • Support the development and maintenance of IT documents and departmental QSDs.
  • Monitor compliance with PSI QSDs, applicable laws, regulations, and standards, and participate in risk assessments.

Requirements

  • College or university degree.
  • Prior experience in IT and compliance matters.
  • Meticulous approach to documentation and processes.
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
