What you will do

• Inspect, maintain, and calibrate manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple facilities as a subject matter expert.
• Train associates on specialized maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate equipment installations by partnering with plant teams and external vendors.
• Manage maintenance priorities and project budgets to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience in production environments.
• Technical proficiency in electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, PCs, and automated equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%) to support regional operations.
