Senior Solutions Architect

hirify.global is a global team pushing the boundaries of open-source technology and multi-cloud solutions.

Overview

We are looking for a customer-centric Senior Solutions Architect to promote using hirify.global's managed open-source services. You will help customers succeed, building successful relationships from pre-sales stage to roll out and beyond. The position is full-time and permanent.

What you will do

• Build successful relationships with customers from pre-sales to rollout.
• Conduct proof of concepts and solve customer problems.
• Actively contribute to customer stability, enablement, and growth.
• Contribute during the sales process and support existing customers.
• Represent hirify.global through blog posts, webinars, meetups, and conference talks.

Requirements

• Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Fluency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go, Ruby).
• Ability to understand technical requirements and propose solutions using hirify.global services.
• Experience implementing proof of concepts with hirify.global services.
• Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Google, Azure) and related areas.
• Linux operating system experience and networking basics.
• Understanding of Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, Clickhouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch, or Redis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
