What you will do
- Align with a business platform for a banking product or service.
- Own hybrid cloud design and governance, focusing on resilience and sustainability.
- Translate requirements into hybrid cloud designs, shaping key decisions.
- Provide consultancy and cost estimates for business platform budgeting.
- Lead suppliers, SMEs, and supply lines to write and deliver work packages.
- Lead all aspects of infrastructure throughout the delivery lifecycle, including design and coordination.
Requirements
- Experience in designing/architecting Hybrid Cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Middleware, Storage, Network, Databases) in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Public & Private Cloud Platforms, concepts, and technologies including Azure, GCP, and AWS.
- Integration Architecture across private and public cloud platforms.
- Skilled at producing quality concise design documentation.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end project delivery using Agile models and modern software development practices.
- Understanding of building applications through containerised microservices-based architectures.
- Ability to provide technical leadership in a complex multi-vendor environment.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and leadership.
