What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend features and APIs using PHP and Laravel.
• Implement an AI-forward approach to optimize development speed and efficiency.
• Contribute cross-functionally, including some frontend work using React.
• Analyze A/B test results to own and improve product outcomes.
• Participate in technical and process decisions to help the team operate independently.
• Write tested, maintainable code and uphold high quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to improve real-world development work.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, SQL/MySQL, message queues (SQS), and AWS.
• Basic knowledge of Python and React.
• English level B1+ required.
