What you will do

• Perform holistic tabletop security architecture reviews to identify single points of failure and high-risk areas in sensitive legacy networks.
• Identify vulnerabilities across OT environments, including Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and field devices.
• Distinguish between theoretical and operationally relevant risks to ensure findings are actionable.
• Support OT clients with security program improvements and identify necessary critical controls.
• Contribute to the maturity of the firm's OT testing methodology and share knowledge with the broader team.

Requirements

• Must be located in Texas or Florida.
• 3+ years of experience assessing or operating within OT, ICS, or SCADA environments.
• Graduate of an Information Security or Computer Science degree program.
• Professional certifications such as GICSP, GRID, GCIP, CSSA, CACE, CISSP, or OSCP.
• Strong understanding of operational constraints that distinguish OT testing from IT testing.
• Excellent communication skills to convey risk to both technical and non-technical audiences.
