TL;DR
AI Platform Engineer (Fullstack): Building the core infrastructure and shared services for an Agentic AI Platform to enable secure and scalable AI capabilities across products with an accent on agent runtimes, model routing, and shared platform services. Focus on implementing AI orchestration and solving challenges around governance, observability, and scalability using LLMs and LangChain/LangGraph.
Location: Must be based in and legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland

What you will do
- Build core capabilities of the Agentic AI Platform, including agent runtimes, model routing, and tool registries.
- Design and develop production-grade platform services and developer tooling using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Create reusable AI infrastructure that allows engineering teams to build, deploy, and operate AI agents securely and at scale.
- Work hands-on with LLMs, LangChain, and LangGraph to solve platform challenges related to governance and observability.
- Own features end-to-end, from initial architecture and implementation through to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Shape the technical direction of AI engineering at the company by improving developer experience and platform architecture.
Requirements
- Strong experience building modern full-stack applications with Node.js, TypeScript, and React.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications or platforms using LLMs, AI agents, LangChain, LangGraph, or MCP.
- Platform mindset with a focus on building reusable systems, APIs, and tooling for other engineers.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex engineering problems in a fast-moving environment.
- Currently based in and legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland.
Nice to have
- Experience with developer platforms, distributed systems, or infrastructure-as-code.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures or AI governance.
