Interior Designer

hirify.global is a growing interior design firm specializing in interior architecture and design services, with studios in New York, Paris, Miami, and Montréal.

What you will do

• Develop high-end renovation and architectural interior projects through all phases of design and documentation.
• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, including space plans, schedules, custom furniture details, and lighting details.
• Select and document FF&E, including materials, finishes, detailing, and schedules.
• Prepare presentations using Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Work with the internal Design Team and principal designers to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Lead projects from start to finish while coordinating design resources, vendors, artisans, and project requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant interior design experience.
• Experience with high-end renovations and architectural projects.
• Strong knowledge of concept development, design documents, construction documents, and project management.
• Advanced AutoCAD drafting and extensive FF&E selection experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and able to work independently with principal designers.
• Knowledge of New York City design resources, including furniture, fabrics, wallcoverings, vendors, and artisans.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top interior design firm.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Rhino.
