Senior Business Analyst (AI Analytics)

What you will do

• Define and maintain analytical standards, business metrics, and KPI governance across business domains.
• Drive the evolution of the semantic layer and broader analytical framework.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve analytics consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Translate complex business processes into trusted, reusable analytical assets.
• Drive AI adoption through analytics playbooks, best practices, and new workflows.
• Enable self-service analytics through better data discoverability, documentation, and user experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business analytics or analytics consulting within a technology company.
• Advanced SQL and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong understanding of business processes, KPI design, semantic layers, and analytical modeling.
• Experience defining standards, leading cross-functional initiatives, and building scalable analytical solutions.
• Strong data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering complex data products through AI-powered workflows, including skills, prompts, and agents using tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, or Cowork.
