Senior Manager, Business Applications (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process and systems lifecycle, ensuring seamless integrations between Salesforce and financial tools.
• Lead Q2C system projects from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment through UAT and rollout.
• Manage and optimize the NetSuite ERP platform, FP&A tools, and procurement platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to improve workflows, policies, and controls.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Financial Systems team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure operational improvements and business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Applications, Enterprise Systems, or Revenue/Finance Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Proven experience leading Q2C transformation projects within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI-driven automation or process optimization.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with subscription business models and revenue operations.
