What you will do

• Drive B2B growth in the Nordics through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences to attract B2B clients.
• End-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars in the region.
• Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting for data-driven optimizations.
• Adapt ElevenLabs’ global brand voice to resonate with Nordic business cultures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in one of the 4 Nordic languages is a must.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Proven experience implementing marketing projects from start to finish with accountability for ROI.
• Entrepreneurial background with a history of high engagement in high-stakes environments.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple workstreams.
• Broad knowledge of growth marketing, including analytics, performance, campaign planning, and event organization.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management.
• Product marketing sense and design skills.
• Deep understanding of the Southern European tech ecosystem and buying-cycle shifts.
