What you will do

• Produce high-volume static ads, social assets, and performance creative for enterprise clients.
• Develop video and UGC-style content to support multi-channel campaigns.
• Translate client objectives and brand guidelines into scalable, high-performing creative decisions.
• Integrate generative AI tools into the daily creative workflow to scale asset production.
• Lead client onboarding sessions and manage ongoing communication and delivery.
• Coordinate production timelines and partner with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in paid social, display, and performance advertising.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools.
• Experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders.
• Background in a creative/marketing agency, startup, or freelance environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be based in APAC or Europe.

Nice to have

• Thai language skills.
• Experience with UGC or creator-style advertising.
