What you will do

• Evolve the visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Build and maintain machine-executable visual systems, including style references, LoRAs, and prompt libraries.
• Direct and review high-volume AI-generated output for campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
• Establish scalable brand guidelines and systems within an AI-native production model.
• Collaborate with a Brand Engineer to define and build custom production tooling at scale.
• Create hands-on brand assets ranging from social graphics to event signage.

Requirements

• Strong design taste and the ability to articulate the difference between good and generic design.
• Fluency with AI generation tools (image, video) as a primary craft.
• Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, and guidelines.
• Portfolio of shipped AI-native brand assets (campaign visuals, social graphics, marketing collateral).
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment for a role with no existing precedent.
• Technical range in prompt engineering, scripting, and automation.
