What you will do

• Create backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery.
• Collaborate with UX and research teams to validate assumptions and improve user journeys.
• Use performance metrics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Coordinate release planning, dependencies, and commercial launches while embedding regulatory and risk controls.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in insurance, finance, or related professional services.
• Experience working with cross-functional delivery, design, data, and commercial teams.
• Strong backlog management, user story writing, and prioritisation skills.
• Data literacy and experience using metrics to inform product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks affecting insurance and financial products.
