What you will do

• Define test strategies and cases for automation workflows, low-code apps, and AI agents, covering functional, regression, and integration scenarios.
• Execute structured testing of AI agent outputs against acceptance criteria.
• Design and run agent-specific validations for accuracy, consistency, and safe failure behavior under edge case inputs.
• Log, triage, and track defects in collaboration with AI Engineers and Solution Architects.
• Own the formal QA sign-off as the final quality gate prior to release.
• Contribute quality and defect data into the E2E Summary Dashboard for cross-client reporting.

Requirements

• Proven QA or test engineering experience in automation, low-code, or AI delivery environments.
• Practical knowledge of testing AI or agentic systems, specifically handling non-deterministic output.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking using Jira.
• Understanding of responsible AI governance, including bias, safety, and escalation behavior.
• Ability to operate across multiple concurrent use cases within a factory-style delivery cadence.
• Must be based in Ukraine
