TL;DR
Technical Procurement Specialist (Procurement/Supply Chain): Managing purchasing requests, supplier sourcing, material planning, and procurement operations with an accent on ERP-based supplier records, inventory coordination, and commercial negotiations. Focus on following up purchase orders and deliveries, coordinating logistics and customs, and supporting continuous improvement and compliance requirements.
Location: Kapakli/Tekirdag, Türkiye; onsite

What you will do
- Manage purchasing requests and procurement processes.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain supplier records in ERP systems.
- Plan material purchases based on demand and inventory levels, and support inventory management and stock accuracy.
- Follow up purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate logistics and customs activities when required.
- Contribute to OPEX and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Planning.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
Nice to have
- Valid driver’s license.
