What you will do

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks covering bug fixing, feature development, and refactoring.
• Write clear natural-language specifications and a set of reference implementations.
• Develop and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites.
• Review peer-generated tasks to ensure correctness, clarity, and production realism.
• Identify edge cases, ambiguities, and potential failure modes in code scenarios.
• Ensure strict alignment between specifications, provided code, and expected outputs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, or Peru.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
• Experience with production systems and testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit).
• Advanced professional written English proficiency (C1).
