What you will do

• Design and implement multi-file coding tasks involving bug fixing, feature development, and refactoring.
• Write precise natural-language specifications and develop correct reference implementations.
• Create and extend comprehensive unit and integration test suites.
• Perform peer reviews of generated tasks to ensure correctness, clarity, and production-level realism.
• Identify potential failure modes, ambiguities, and complex edge cases in coding scenarios.

Requirements

• Must be based in Thailand.
• 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience in production systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Java, C#, or Go.
• English: C1 proficiency required (Advanced professional written proficiency).
• Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
