What you will do

• Build product-grade Flink streaming ingestion pipelines using cutting-edge technologies like Paimon, Iceberg, Fluss, and StarRocks.
• Own end-to-end projects to introduce new capabilities or resolve issues across the entire data stack.
• Ensure the consistent and reliable daily operation of the data warehouse.
• Provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform and manage services within Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to fulfill data requests and utilize agentic workflows to scale impact.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in data engineering with a track record of owning platform-level systems.
• Experience with stream data processing using Flink, Spark, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and the ability to make architectural trade-offs.
• Programming experience in Golang, Scala, or Python, along with solid SQL skills.
• Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into usable tools for non-engineering analysts.
• Must be located in or able to work from Copenhagen (4 days in-office requirement).
