What you will do

• Plan and design security-related products, define technical roadmaps, and implement core modules and frameworks.
• Establish architecture standards, maintain infrastructure, and build automation for continuous delivery and capacity management.
• Engage with users and internal clients to define API solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose backend issues, tune performance, troubleshoot incidents, and refactor systems for greater speed and scale.
• Design reusable libraries and frameworks that improve development efficiency and code quality.
• Coordinate with security and cross-functional teams working on blockchain projects and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or current enrollment in such a program.
• 4–5 years of fullstack development experience supporting large-scale production systems, preferably including 2–3 years in crypto or security.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Go, or a similar language, with knowledge of mainstream frameworks.
• Experience with distributed-system components, caching, messaging, and large-scale high-concurrency and high-availability systems.
• Ability to independently design, develop, tune, and maintain system architectures.
• Strong business understanding, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and learning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3 security companies and large-scale API or monitoring systems.
• Experience developing risk-control products and APIs.
• Understanding of smart contract vulnerabilities, wallet security, blockchain incidents, and common attack vectors.
• Experience using blockchain explorers and creating scripts to track and scan on-chain data.
