What you will do

• Manage end-to-end financial operations and maintain cash flow forecasts for specific projects.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, including P&L and Cash Flow statements.
• Conduct Actual vs Budget analysis and ongoing monitoring of costs.
• Coordinate the monthly budgeting process for multiple client legal entities.
• Analyze department-level cost breakdowns to identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on payment matters and the implementation of new financial software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or back-office operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of international payment methods, including SWIFT, SEPA, and Crypto.
• Fluent English and Russian (written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Limassol.
