Middle Finance Specialist (iGaming)

Middle Finance Specialist (iGaming): Supporting business operations from the finance side with an accent on financial reporting, VAT compliance, and cash management. Focus on automating internal accounting processes, preparing P&L forecasts, and coordinating with external auditors.

Location: Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days home), must be based in Cyprus

What you will do

• Coordinate communication with external accountants and auditors, including financial documentation collection and review
• Support VAT returns and ensure compliance with the Cyprus IT box regime
• Prepare P&L forecasts and participate in monthly and yearly reporting processes
• Manage the issuance and tracking of invoices for partners and clients
• Improve and automate internal accounting processes and control company expenses
• Handle cash management, bank reconciliations, and payment systems monitoring

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Confident knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting
• Advanced Excel skills
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a challenging environment

Nice to have

• Experience working in Big 4
• ACCA qualification
