Location: Jiaxing, China. Hybrid work policy (average of 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Evaluate processing products against specifications including Master samples, Product Briefs, VQG, and SpecIT.
• Perform process audits and functional tests, escalating any failures promptly.
• Support the novelty process and conduct SAT tests.
• Record inspection results and report existing or potential quality risks in a timely manner.
• Manage non-conforming materials, organize immediate corrective actions, and maintain non-conformity logs.
• Implement IMS (Integrated Management System) standards and Q&EHS requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control, preferably with process quality management experience.
• Basic English reading proficiency.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Ability to work in shifts (4 days on, 4 days off; 7:00-19:00 or 19:00-7:00).
